Abdul Nasir Madani, chief of the People's Democratic Party and the controversial politician has denied charges that his wife Sufiya has links with LeT.
In an exclusive interview to NDTV, Madani says his wife `may have attended calls from Nazeer, the man suspected to be South India commander for Lashkar.
"Personally my wife has no contact with T Nazeer, but while I was in jail many people contacted her on the phone. How can she identify somebody's a terrorist? Many people will contact saying things like 'ustaad will come, don't worry'. She is just attending the phone," he said.
