West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today congratulated Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chief Mehbooba Mufti on becoming the first woman chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir.
"Congratulations to the new chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir," tweeted Ms Banerjee, the first woman chief minister of West Bengal. Mehbooba was sworn as the 13th chief minister of the state earlier in the day.
