Ramu Chavan, 60, allegedly beheaded his wife on suspicion that she had been unfaithful.
In the video clip that appeared today, Ramu is seen in a dhoti kurta walking on a street. He appears to be holding the smeared head of his wife by the hair.
He is then chased and held by two policemen who quickly cover the head with a cloth.
After placing the man under arrest, the police confirmed suspected infidelity as the man's reasoning for committing the heinous crime.
