Gaya: Armed Maoists blasted a school building at Tilaiya Khurd in Bihar's Gaya district, police said today.
Over 70 Maoists surrounded the school and triggered a dynamite blast to blow up the building of the state-run school last night.
Three school rooms were badly damaged in the blast, the police said adding the ultras later burnt a house at the village before fleeing into the nearby forests.
Raids were on in the area to apprehend the ultras, the police added.
