Midnapore, West Bengal: The People's Committee Against Police Atrocities (PCAPA) has called a two day bandh in West Midnapore district of West Bengal.
Thirty one supporters of the CPM were forced to switch sides and join the PCAPA. This, at Shalboni where the Maoist backed organisation held a kangaroo court and forced the CPM supporters to do so.
