Nagpur:

A massive fire that broke out at an under-construction hospital in Nagpur today has been brought under control. Seven people were injured in the blaze and two of them are reported to be critical. 

Thick black smoke could be seen rising from the building that is located on the Kingsway road in the city.

It took at least 10 fire engines to bring the fire under control.

Fire officials say the fire could have been caused by a short circuit. 

"Fire is under control now, search operation is underway. The fire could have been caused due to a short circuit as construction work was underway at the building," Fire Officer Sunil Raut told news agency ANI.
