Mumbai:
One person was killed in a massive fire broke out at a film set in Mumbai's Andheri on Friday. Visuals from the scene showed huge plumes of smoke billowing from the building.
The fire, which started at a temporary pandal installed at Chitrakoot Ground around 4.30 pm, was doused after six hours with the help of eight fire engines, five water jetties and other equipment.
As per civic officials, Manish Devashi (32), who was injured in the fire, was declared brought dead at civic-run Cooper Hospital.
The cause of the level-2 fire was not yet clear.
