The UP government has approached the Supreme Court on Wednesday over Delhi government's decision to acquire land near Mayur Vihar on the Noida - Delhi road.
Sources in the Delhi Government said that land is required for widening the road for cycling events during 2010 Games. A caveat has already been filed with the Supreme Court.
The court has posted the hearing for Thursday though the UP government wanted in listed for Wednesday.
