Meet Indian-origin teen with genius-level IQ

London: Fabiola Mann, is a 15-year-old teenager from North London. She recently found out that her IQ is 162 - the highest possible IQ for any human being.

Comparisons with history's greats like Albert Einstein are inevitable, but the unassuming Fabiola says, this has only boosted her confidence to chase her dream.

She wants to become a doctor and pursue her studies at Cambridge University. "Oh well, I've had a pretty fixed career in mind. I really want to be a surgeon when I grow up. This has boosted my confidence. But nothing else has really changed, I am desperate to go into science," she says.

Her hobbies include - playing chess, painting, playing music and creative writing. She composes her own tunes and is writing a book too.

To her, academics is also child's play. She sails through her studies but what she's particularly good at is - solving puzzles. "The IQ exam didn't test me on anything academic, it was all about logic and I had like one minute per answer."

Her proud mother, Rene Mann, reflects on what it's like to live with a genius, "she'll suddenly find a solution for something we're thinking about and say - 'but why don't we do it this way' and we'll be like wow."

Rene, herself a former Chess champion from Goa, loses to Fabiola in a matter of minutes. The family maintain close links with India and will be travelling to Goa soon.

Fabiola proudly displays the certificate given to her by the British Mensa - an elite society of people with high IQ's.
