Without naming Pakistan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi issued a strong message to it today at the summit of BRICS - a five-nation grouping including Brazil, Russia, China and South Africa. The message was reinforced at BIMSTEC, a conglomerate of five South Asian Nations.
