New Delhi: The Infosys employee who has been missing in Brussels since Tuesday's deadly terror attacks was "travelling in the metro", Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj tweeted this morning.

Raghavendran Ganesh, originally from Bangalore, has been working for four years in the Belgian capital. His brother has reached Brussels and is being assisted by the embassy there to locate Mr Ganesh, the Foreign Minister said.
"Missing Indian's name not on victim list, we are trying to trace him... His brother is at military hospital with our staff," the Indian envoy in Belgium told NDTV.

Nearly 30 people died and close to 300 were injured after the Brussels airport and a metro station were bombed. A pair of brothers carried out the suicide bombings at the airport and metro, Belgian officials have said. A huge search is being carried out to find the third suspect.

Two Indians working for Jet Airways - Nidhi Chaphekar and Amit Motwani - were injured in the explosion at the airport. They are recovering in hospital.

The Foreign Minister tweeted yesterday that she has been in direct touch with Mr Ganesh's mother in Bengaluru, who reportedly last spoke to the Infosys worker an hour before the terror attacks.
