Missing! Sushma asks where are Congress MPs during Zero Hour?

New Delhi: Sushma Swaraj pointed out this morning that only 33 members from the Congress were present this morning in the Lok Sabha during zero hour.

Two ministers - Kapil Sibal and Pawan Bansal - were in the House. Ms Swaraj, who is the Leader of the Opposition, said, "Take a look. There is just one cabinet minister here. Who will answer the questions we are discussing?"

Zero hour allows members of Parliament to discuss issues or ask questions without prior notice.  It usually starts right after Question Hour ends at 12 o'clock.
