The order by Chief Judicial Magistrate Nupur on Friday came on a complaint by an Air Asia pilot Akash Sharma.
Mr Sharma, a resident of Bulandshahar, told the court that he had served Kingfisher Airlines as a pilot from 2010 to 2012 and the airline owed him Rs 9 lakh.
The amount accrued on account of Tax Deducted At Source was deducted from Mr Sharma's salary but not deposited with the Income Tax Department by the accused, Mr Sharma alleged adding this amounted to cheating.
