New Delhi: Closed circuit television cameras at a petrol pump in Gurgaon captured a murder that took place last night. The police are yet to arrest anyone, even though the face of the assailants are clearly seen and the murder appears pre-planned.
The chilling footage shows four men coming to the pump on two bikes and slowing down. Only one of them is wearing a helmet that obstructs the view of his face. Within seconds, his pillion rider gets off and pulls out a gun.
Then he chases the victim - who is wearing a blue jacket -- along with two others and shoots the man down. Several rounds are heard fired. Another man is seen in the footage carrying a rifle.
The murder took place at a petrol pump near Sector 5 around 10.30 in the night. The victim has been identified as one Raju, 32, who had apparently gone to Gurgaon to deliver a Diwali gift.
Police say it appears a case of a gang war or personal rivalry. The men fled immediately after the shooting.
