New Delhi: Top Maoist leader Kobad Ghandy has moved court challenging the trial court's order allowing Narco-analysis test on him. The case is in the High Court.

The Patiala House on October 31 allowed the Special Cell of Delhi Police to conduct a Narco test on Kobad Ghandy, a Politburo member of the banned CPI (Maoist).

The lower court's decision came after a medical board of the AIIMS submitted its report, saying Ghandy can withstand the test.

The medical board though said the test should be conducted under strict medical supervision as Ghandy is suffering from other ailments.
