Narendra Modi addresses BJP rally: Highlights

Surajkund: On day three of the BJP conclave, Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP leader, Narendra Modi, addressed the party rally.

Here are the highlights of his speech:

• Even in the Prime Minister's house, the milk comes from Gujarat
• In Gujarat, even cattle are operated for cataract and  that too by the government
• Gujarat was zero in  tourism - we worked on it for 10 years
• In the states with the fastest growing tourism sector in India, Gujarat is number 1
• Mr PM, the country wants to know why in 8 years you have become Singham twice  - once when there was the nuclear treaty with US, and the second time on the FDI issue
• Both the instances benefit foreigners, why not become Singham for India?
• In 2008 when there were polls in US, and now after 4 years - what is the reason that the PM becomes active when there are polls in US? Is there a connect?
• And did Soniaji's trip to US affect the decision on FDI?
• Another English newspaper had a news that was suppressed - PM had said that Ahmad Patel had a role in coal allocations
• It seems the Congress President has a role in  all the scams - the PM needs to answer
• When US polls began, Obama tweeted that US citizens should buy from small shopkeepers and not big malls. If the US President can say this to his people, Mr PM why do you not see the position they are taking?
