A GoAir flight from Delhi to Ranchi carrying 155 passengers had a narrow escape today after it suffered a tyre burst during landing. Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das was among the passengers.
The flight took a hard landing at the Bisra Munda Airport in Ranchi at around 7.30 PM but no one was injured.
"One of the tyres of the rear wheels burst soon after the landing of the GoAir flight, but all passengers are safe," a senior government official said.
