National Security Adviser Ajit Doval on Wednesday visited Pakistan High Commission here and offered condolences to the victims of the dastardly terror attack on Peshawar school that left 148 people including 132 children dead. (Peshawar Terror Attack: Live Updates)
He met Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit and extended India's condolences to the families of the horrific attack on Tuesday.
"Never in my life, I have seen or heard that people can be so inhuman," Mr Doval said, adding, "They can descent to such low level, target children in school... it has shocked and stunned the entire nation."
The NSA also wrote in the condolence book at the High Commission.
Pakistan's national flag has been put at half mast at the High Commission to observe a three-day mourning.
