Gumla, Jharkhand:
Seven people were killed by the ultras of banned People's Liberation Front of India (PLFI) in Gumla district in Jharkhand today evening.
Superintendent of Police Bhimsen Tuti said that the ultras were waiting for a car near Rewada jungle under Kamdara police station and when it came, they gunned down its seven occupants.
The four-wheeler was then burnt by the extremists, a splinter group of the CPI-Maoist, Mr Tutri said, adding that more details were awaited.
