Jaipur:
A 21-year-old Nepali woman, working at a road-side eatery, was allegedly raped by an auto rickshaw driver in Neemrana industrial area of Rajasthan's Alwar district, police said today.
The victim, working with her husband at the eatery, said in her complaint that she was raped by driver Sandeep Yadav, who used to carry tiffins to various clients in the industrial area, on March 24 last, they said.
The mother of two kids lodged an FIR yesterday against Yadav who is at large, they said. Yadav raped the woman when her husband had gone to home for changing his cloths, police said quoting the FIR.
A case under section 376 (rape) of IPC has been lodged against the accused, police said adding the victim's statement would be recorded tomorrow, while her medical test was conducted today at a government hospital.
