New Delhi: The next time there is a terror attack, or any national crisis, there will be a nodal group in the government that will monitor media coverage, the new Information and Broadcasting Minister, Ambika Soni, has said.
"A nodal agency will monitor and regulate coverage during terror attacks," said Soni.
The Information and Broadcasting Minister has said that the group comprising key people like the minister would give credible information to the media.
Speaking exclusively to NDTV, Soni said that the group would ask channels to even stop coverage or black out events, if it was in national interest.
