Srinagar:
Nine people were injured in south Kashmir's Pulwama district Saturday when guerrillas hurled a grenade at a security force patrol, police said.
Six security personnel and three civilians were injured in the explosion in Muran Chowk of Pulwama town, 30 km from Srinagar.
"All the injured have been shifted to a hospital and the area has been cordoned off to nab the militants", a police officer told IANS here.
Meanwhile, four people, including two terrorists and two civilians were killed in south Kashmir's Shopian district Saturday when militants attacked a camp of the Central Reserve Police Force in Gagaran area.
Following tension and protests in Shopian, the authorities imposed an indefinite curfew to maintain law and order.
