Srinagar: The NIT Srinagar today announced a revised schedule of examinations for outstation students who had skipped the tests earlier this month in the wake of trouble following clashes over India's defeat to the West Indies in the T20 World cup on March 31.
In an order posted on its website, the NIT administration said the Minor-I examination of those students who missed it will be conducted from May 5 to 8.
Hundreds of outstation students of the institute had skipped the exams after which the HRD ministry had assured them that it would provide them revised dates for appearing in the tests.
The administration of the Institute, in another order, announced that normal class work would resume from April 25.
