Nithari case: Court issues notice to CBI, Pandher

New Delhi: The Supreme Court has issued notice to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), UP government and Moninder Singh Pandher in Rimpa Haldhar murder case.

Pandher was acquitted by Allahabad High Court in the Nithari - Rimpa Haldhar murder case. Haldhar's father has petitioned Supreme Court challenging Pandher's acquittal.
