Ahead of the crucial Copenhagen summit on climate change, the global debate on who should commit to what emission reduction targets seems to be intensifying.
Speaking to NDTV, Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh reiterated India's position, adding that the current Danish draft, which seeks emissions of all developing countries peak by 2025, was simply unacceptable to BASIC countries.
