Nothing to Say About PM Modi, Mufti Sayeed's Independence Day Speeches: Omar Abdullah

Srinagar: National Conference working president Omar Abdullah today said he would not comment on Independence Day speeches of Prime Minister Narendra Modi andJammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed as he did not have anything nice to say about them.

The former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir tweeted after attending the Jammu and Kashmir Independence Day function:
 

My mum always says if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything so I'm not saying anything about the PM's or CM's speeches :)

Mr Abdullah was seated next to PDP president Mehbooba Mufti at the function presided over by Chief Minister Mufti Sayeed.

The political opponents could be seen sharing some lighter moments with smiles on their faces.
