OIC has made statements on Kashmir in the past too which have been rejected by India.

India has rejected Organisation of Islamic Co-operation's (OIC) Jammu and Kashmir statement that "contains factually incorrect and misleading references" and said the group has no locus standi on India's internal affairs.
In its right of reply in response to the statement made by Pakistan on behalf of OIC, India said Jammu and Kashmir is its integral and inseparable part.
"OIC has no locus standi on India's internal affairs. Strongly advise the OIC to refrain from making such references in future," Permanent Mission of India at Geneva said in a tweet.
It also posted India's response to the OIC statement.
"India notes with utmost regret that the OIC in its statement contains factually incorrect and misleading references to the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir, which is integral and inseparable part of India.
"India out rightly rejects all such references. The OIC has no locus standi on India's internal affairs. We strongly advise the OIC to refrain from making such references in future."
