New Delhi: Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, who arrived in Delhi on Monday evening for a five-day visit, chose a rather unconventional method to travel. Instead of a VIP motorcade, he hopped onto a chartered bus to reach his hotel in the national capital.

During his visit, Mr Loong will hold talks with PM Narendra Modi and other leaders on a range of issues including security, trade and investment.

The Singapore PM will also meet President Pranab Mukherjee and attend a reception for Singaporeans based in India. External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will also call on him.

Mr Loong is accompanied by his wife Ho Ching, a number of key ministers and senior officials.

He will also visit Udaipur on October 5-6. Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje will call upon him and also host him to a lunch.
