Bhopal : An IAS officer suspended for corruption was used on a hoarding to promote women achievers in Madhya Pradesh.
Tinu Joshi, whose house produced three crores in cash when raided last year, made it into a list of women whose photos are part of a government campaign for the girl child. Her hoarding was removed from Bhopal amid considerable embarrassment for the local administration.
Madhya Pradesh has one of the worst records for female infanticide among Indian states.
Ms Joshi was suspended last year along with her husband, Arvind, who is also an IAS officer. Their corruption is alleged to have created assets worth 30 crores for the couple.
