Mumbai: Former Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Padamsinh Patil accused in the murder of Congress MP Pawanraje Nimbalkar has been remanded to CBI custody till June 20.
Padamsinh Patil in his application had alleged that the CBI was putting pressure on him to confess.
The application also claims that the CBI is pressurising him to take narco tests, lie detector tests, which he doesn't want to undergo for health reasons.
The two co-accused in the Pawanraje Nimbalkar murder case Mohan Shukla and Satish Mandade have also been sent to judicial custody till June 26.
