The official website of Feroze Gandhi degree college in Rae Bareli was hacked by someone from Pakistan, its principal today claimed.
SK Pandey, in his written complaint to the police, alleged the website was hacked by one Abdullah Khan, a resident of Pakistan, who has also uploaded 'Pakistan zindabad' on it.
He alleged the hacker has said he will not harm them personally but will use the website for terror activities and has also thanked the team behind the hacking.
SP Vinay Kumar Yadav said a case under section 66 of the IT Act has been lodged on the basis of the complaint and the website has been blocked, adding that the matter was being thoroughly investigated.
