Violence in Delhi last month over contentious citizenship law, which killed over 50 people and injured over 200, is being discussed in parliament today for second consecutive day.
On Thursday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah while replying to a discussion in parliament on last month's violence in Delhi, said that the culprits behind the killings of Head Constable Ratan Lal and IB Officer Ankit Sharma have been arrested while the investigations into the wider conspiracy are still going on.
He also said that funds were transferred from abroad and rest of the country to instigate violence in the national capital.
"We had information from several agencies that money had come from abroad and from the rest of the country and was spread in Delhi before the 24th morning," he said.
Mr Shah also said that instead of Aadhar data, driving license and voter ID database has been used for identifying the culprits.
