Ranchi: A few days after reports that a section of his partymen were angry at being denied ministerial berths, there is fresh trouble for the Shibu Soren led BJP-JMM government in Jharkhand.
This time, coalition partner AJSU has lashed out at Shibu Soren for denying its leader and Deputy Chief Miniter Sudesh Mahto the home portfolio. But sources say Soren is adamant on retaining the ministry.
"In coalitions, there is a certain rule to be followed. However, I am sure we can talk through this, and resolve all issues amicably. We want a good government in the state and have formed a coalition for that purpose. We would like to take it forward with the help of everyone," said Mahto.
The BJP is trying to call a truce between Mahto and Soren. Several top BJP leaders have been meeting with both coalition partners.
