Patna:
About 400 junior doctors of the Patna Medical College Hospital have been on strike for four days now.
They are demanding a hike of about 20 to 30 per cent in their monthly stipend.
The strike has crippled services at the hospital, which is the premier medical institution in Bihar.
The administration says the strike is illegal, and has deputed 65 doctors from outside of the hospital to help maintain services.
