Mumbai : NCP today distanced itself from an invite by a party legislator to 'Jism 2' star Sunny Leone as a celebrity guest at the dahi handi celebrations organised by him.
NCP MLA from Thane, Jitendra Awhad, has invited Sunny Leone at the dahi handi celebrations tomorrow.
"NCP has nothing to do with the invitation. It is not a function organised by the party but by the legislator in his personal capacity," state NCP spokesperson Madan Bafna said.
