- When things go online, transparency increases automatically. Trust also increases
- More openness in government will help citizens. In this day and age, there is no need for secrecy
- The aim of RTI must be to bring about a positive change in governance
- There needs to be trust between the government and people, that is what transparency is for
- Today I feel there is a limitation to RTI, we know of the process but not the end product
