New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid tributes to late Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray on his third death anniversary, saying he was committed to the well-being of people.

Mr Thackeray, who had founded Shiv Sena, had passed away on this day in 2012 at the age of 86.
