PM Modi paid floral tributes to Mr Ambedkar at a function in Parliament.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid his tributes to BR Ambedkar, saying India will always be thankful to Babasaheb for his rich service to the nation.
"I bow to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar on his Nirvan Divas. India will always be thankful to Babasaheb for his rich service to the nation," he said in a tweet.
He also paid floral tributes to Mr Ambedkar at a function in Parliament.
Mr Ambedkar, popularly known as Babasaheb Ambedkar, was the Architect of the Indian Constitution.
