Prime Minister Narendra Modi today thanked Chinese President Xi Jinping for greeting him on his 65th birthday and said he looks forward to work with him for strengthening China-India relations.
"I thank President Xi Jinping for his kind wishes on my birthday. I warmly recall my meetings with him and look forward to working with him to further strengthen India-China ties," PM Modi said in his message on the Chinese microblog Weibo.
PM Modi has opened the micro-blog account on Sina Weibo during his visit to China in May this year and has several thousand followers.
