Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation on the radio with "Mann Ki Baat" at 11 AM today.
PM Modi, in his last Mann ki Baat edition, had paid tributes to the 19 soldiers who died in the Uri attack. He had sent out a strong message to Pakistan underscoring its support to terror.
Wherever a terror attack takes place, "it emerges either the terrorist set out from there, or after the attack, like Osama Bin Laden, took refuge there," he had said.
