Mumbai: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay foundation stones of the Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Memorial which will come up at Indu Mills compound here as well as two Mumbai metro railway routes on October 4, an official said today.
The PM is scheduled to lay foundation stones of two Mumbai metro railway routes which would cover western suburbs, he said.
"An 18.6 km metro railway route from Dahisar to D N Nagar is being constructed at a cost of Rs 4,994 crore, while another 16.5 km Dahisar East to Andheri East route will be constructed at a cost of Rs 4,737 crore. The function will be held at the Goregaon exhibition centre in suburban Mumbai," the official said.
