New Delhi: President Pranab Mukherjee today greeted Narendra Modi on his birthday and said the prime minister's dynamism has received wide appreciation abroad.
"Please accept my warm greetings and good wishes on your 65th birthday," the president said according to a statement here.
"This special day comes as you complete more than 15 months as the prime minister of our great nation. The last year has been an important period filled with significant achievements for you personally and our country," Mr Mukherjee said.
"Your hard work, dynamism and out-of-the-box thinking has received wide appreciation in the country and abroad," he added.
The president also said: "I compliment you on your accomplishments and wish you the very best for the coming years. May the Almighty bless you with good health, happiness and many more years of dedicated service to the nation."
