Here are the highlights of his speech:
- This is NDA's fourth rally in the state but today's rally has broken all records.
- First time in 25 years, people of Bihar have decided to vote for development.
- No one can stop NDA's 'vijay yatra' in Bihar.
- Bihar wants a pro-farmer government, a government that will provide employment, development, security to women.
- The governments which have been ruling Bihar for over 25 years should give a report of their work.
- When Lok Sabha elections will come, I will give an account of each penny in 2019.
- Current Bihar government is not ready to give an account of their work.
- Sunday's rally was a 'tilanjali rally' or betrayal of socialist values of leaders like Jay Prakash Narayan and Ram Manohar Lohia.
- Not just Bihar, but the whole country is disappointed with the (Sunday) rally as there were no answers on how to take Bihar forward.
- There was only one agenda- Modi Modi Modi Modi Modi Modi Modi.
- There is a finance commission that decides how much money the Centre will give to the states. The 14th Finance Commission has said that Bihar will get Rs 3.76 lakh crore from Delhi.
- So you tell me: If Rs 3.76 crore are coming from us (Centre). You (State) is giving a package of Rs 2.7 lakh crore. Where the remaining will Rs 1 lakh 6 thousand crore go? Will the remaining money go into the books of fodder?
- I was the first person to call Nitish Kumar during Nepal earthquake to enquire about damages in Bihar.
- Vote for development, vote to change the fortune of Bihar.
