- Parliament Session has ended, and I have announced a package of Rs 1.25 lakh crore to change the face of Bihar.
- The Bihar government betrayed the BJP, the people of Bihar.
- It could not even spend the money that was allotted.
- The 2013-14 package of 12,000 crore has not been spent yet.
- The 40,000 crore is in addition to 1.25 lakh crore.
- So, the total is 1.65 lakh crore
- Roads will be made, electricity will come, farmers will get water.
- Factories and toilets will be made.
- Why do people have to go out of Bihar to study?
- The people of Bihar have decided to bring the NDA to power.
