Dehradun: Union Minister Uma Bharti today showered praise on Prime Minister Narendra Modi calling him a "dynamic and dashing" personality.
She also said that she is very "impressed" with his style of working.
Ms Bharti, who was in Dehradun to attend a meeting on 'Swachh Ganga Abhiyan', said she got to observe Mr Modi's working style closely after he became Prime Minister and his style of working has impressed her.
Praising him further, she said, "our Prime Minister is very dynamic and dashing".
"We had different roles and responsibilities within the party so we could not get to know each other that well," she said.
Ms Bharti also said that she is "unable" to meet the Prime Minister's expectations.
"We are unable to do what Prime Minister expects of us. We are unable to match his hard work," she said.
She also praised former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank saying his government had started process to clean river Ganga through 'Sparsh Ganga' programme.
She also said that she is very "impressed" with his style of working.
