Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit his parliamentary constituency in Varanasi on June 28 for a short span of time, his third visit to the constituency since he took over office last year.
PM Modi is expected to visit his parliamentary constituency on June 28 for a span of 3-4 hours, an official said in Varanasi.
As per the primary protocol received from the PMO to the district administration yesterday, the PM will arrive at Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport at Babatpur by a special plane at 4:20 pm and he will return back on the same day by 7:40 pm, Additional District Magistrate (city) Vindhyavasini Rai said.
The official informed that PM Modi will inaugurate Banaras Hindu University's much awaited trauma centre, a Rs 863 crore worth integrated power development scheme and is also likely to address a public rally during his short visit.
The final minute to minute protocol will arrive in coming few days, Mr Rai added.
