New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today visited External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj at AIIMS, where she is recuperating from fever and chest congestion.
Sources told news agency PTI that Prime Minister Modi reached the hospital at 9 PM and left at around 9.25 PM.
"Mrs Swaraj is better now. She is showing signs of improvement," hospital source said.
"A medical team of specialists is looking after her. Her current condition is stable and she is showing signs of improvement," a statement issued by AIIMS said.
A medical board has been constituted to formulate the combined treatment strategy for the minister.
Sixty-four-year-old Sushma Swaraj was admitted to the Cardio-Neuro Centre of AIIMS on April 24 after complaints of severe chest congestion.
Sources told news agency PTI that Prime Minister Modi reached the hospital at 9 PM and left at around 9.25 PM.
"Mrs Swaraj is better now. She is showing signs of improvement," hospital source said.
