New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi will arrive in Puttaparthi on Tuesday evening to pay their last respects to spiritual leader Sathya Sai Baba. The two leaders would arrive at 4.30 pm, Andhra Pradesh's Major Industries Minister J Geetha Reddy announced.
She said devotees would be allowed a "last darshan" of Sathya Sai Baba, who died Sunday, till 6 pm on Tuesday.
Revenue Minister Raghuveera Reddy added 100,000 devotees had so far had a last glimpse of Sai Baba, whose body has been kept at the Sai Kulwant Hall at his ashram Prashanti Nilayam from 6 pm Sunday.
"All arrangements are in place to receive any number of devotees but they will be allowed only up to 6 pm Tuesday," he said.
He said the family of Baba and Sathya Sai Central Trust had made all arrangements for his burial at the Sai Kulwant Hall Wednesday.
