Jaipur:
The Rajasthan police is yet to arrest the IPS officer who is missing after allegedly raping a tribal woman in Rajasthan.
Tribal leader Kiroral Lal Meena was sitting on a dharna near a railway crossing protesting against the inaction. He was picked up last night at about 1: 30 by the police.
Malli Devi was allegedly kidnapped and raped by an IPS officer Madhukar Tandon. She had filed an FIR both in Noida, and in her village in Feb 1997. The officer is still missing.
