A powerful bomb exploded in an Army office in Manipur's capital Imphal on Tuesday morning.
The bomb was so powerful that the sound of the explosion could be heard from a distance of three km, official sources said, adding security personnel have cordoned off the complex before checking some passers-by.
The bomb went off in the heavy security M-sector complex, adjoining Manipur Raj Bhavan and prestigious Johnstone Higher Secondary School, the sources said.
